Showcase Home Magazine
A 20+ page, four-color Showcase Home magazine will be given to each of the 7,000+ show attendees. Sponsors will be given editorial and advertising space in this attractive, educational publication focused on high-performance, green building.

Bus Tours to the Home
Shuttles will travel the 10-minute trip to EcoLumina throughout the show, bringing hundreds of building professionals to the project where sponsors will have an ideal opportunity to demonstrate their products and engage in in-depth discussions.

Special Show Events
The home will be the location for several specific show educational events, as well as a luncheon and cocktail reception. Platinum and Gold sponsors will also be able to host their own private event at EcoLumina.

EcoLumina.org Web Site
This was developed as an educational tool to reach those throughout the world who are interested in green building. The site will provide green building educational materials and will go into extensive detail about the products of the showhome sponsors’, providing lasting visibility long after the show is over. You can visit the web site to see how your products will be showcased. Depending on the sponsorship level, your logo will appear on the home page with a link to your website, your product will be shown installed in the house, and there will be a testimonial from the owners stating why they selected your product.

Editorial Coverage
Green building is the talk of media worldwide. We are anticipating that the home’s LEED-certification and its unique exterior and interior features will generate significant press coverage. EcoLumina will be prominently covered by our media partners, Environmental Design+Construction and its Sustainable Home magazine insert (readership 52,000), as well as Today’s Custom Home magazine (distribution 50,000 in both their print and web editions).

Exposure at the Southern Building Show
There will be signage in all areas of the show promoting EcoLumina with sponsor logos prominently displayed. In addition, the Showcase Home Magazine will be on display in the registration area, seminar area and the exhibit hall.

Onsite at the Showcase Home
Sponsors will be able to display their literature at EcoLumina and set up a small display area. Sponsors will be able to participate in special events that takes place at the home and are encouraged to be present any time the house is open for tours. Signage will be developed that explains the eco-features of each room with sponsor logos prominently displayed.

Events following the Show
After the show, the owners of the home will continue to open the house to trade, consumer and legislative groups in order to continue their dedication to green building education. Arrangements have been made with the city of Sandy Springs to open the home to visiting groups from locally based Fortune 500 companies such as UPS, Cox, Beazer Homes and Newell Rubbermaid. Coverage of EcoLumina and its sponsors will also be on the sandyspringsga.org web site.
